I could use a hand diagnosing a problem with our Kitchenaid dishwasher, mode number KUDI02IRWH1.

Whenever we try to run it, at some point in the wash cycle the machine will stop, and all the LED's on the control panel will go blank.  After some other random period of time (1 second - 30 minutes) they come back on, with "Start / Resume" flashing.

There doesn't seem to be an issue with the circuit.  The breaker never trips and other outlets on the same circuit still work while the LED's are out.

I've opened it up and tested both the door switch and the thermal fuse, and they both have connectivity.  I also ran it through the maintenance cycle described in the service manual and that completed just fine.

Any ideas?

The door striker may have gotten loose and is not holding the door tight enough during the cycle to keep the door switched actuated. You may just need the updated striker: Part number: 8574157
