10 year old GE Profile French door freezer bottom Model- PFSF5NFWA BB.  Just stopped cooling . Both fans are running but no compressor. Also no clicking from the relays. Checked mother board but saw no burn / damage marks around or behind the relays or caps. Checked DC voltage at J15 connector and got 12.2VDC. I think your video said it should be 4-6. Checked Compressor three pronged contacts and got approx 6.2 ohms between each one .  So Im thinking it is the mother board even if it is not visible damage - you thoughts? Im trying to not by both boards to get to the problem.  Thanks for any help you can offer.

You will not hear the relay clicking  on the board when you have an inverter compressor... AC voltage is going to the inverter directly from house current.

Regarding testing j15.... you should have 4-6 vdc WITH ALL WIRES CONNECTED. If wiring to the inverter is disconnected,  you should have 10-12vdc.

Thanks, I did test the J15 with the connector unplugged so the 12.2Vdc sounds reasonable.  Ill retest through the bask of the connector.

Any idea what could be wrong? Inverter circuit board? Temp sensor? Im assuming the condenser is ok since the voltage checked out ok.

if your fans are running then you can rule out temp sensors. If you are getting proper voltage from the board and 120vac to the inverter,  odds are you have a bad inverter.

Thanks , Ill verify and order the part. Thank You.
