thanks Samurai the manual came in handy and I was able to pull up an e52 error code only , which I  believe had nothing to do with the symptoms. The complaint was the dryer was not drying the clothes which becomes a broad issue especially when the customers don't know how to operate the machines. it was shutting off early and the clothes were still damp. So I had test a load and see what happens and the dryer shut down the heat and went into cool down mode after 10 minutes . I took a scotch brite pad to the moisture sensor bars and cleaned them off with alcohol and explained to her that on this model the normal setting is about 45 minutes of drying time with 5 minutes of that time cooling  down. Ran the dryer again with wet clothing and the dryer stayed working till its alloted time was finished and the clothing was dry.  So there really is only about 40 minutes of drying time for the sensor cycle. I just told her to basically use  the more advanced times in the automatic cycles on this dryer .  its been several days and haven't heard back from her so I am going to assume the problem was rectified.  I don't really think these frigidaire Affinitty model dryers are really that great or consumer friendly. This model has like 6 to 8 different cycle settings you can choose in it's automatic cycle.  :blink:   Take care Samurai and thanks again  Darren
