Samsung Bottom Mount Refrigerator RF24FSEDBSR Ice Box Icing up

Okay, so I have this problem child Samsung Refrigerator Model# RF24FSEDBSR.
Customers concern is the ice box is icing up and caused the ice maker to burn out. Before the ice maker burned out, customer states his refrigerator was making some terrible sounds. I performed service bulletin ASC20140818002I sealed the ice box from both the inside and the out. I replaced the control board twice. I replaced the icebox evaporator fan. I replaced the icemaker. I checked the levelness of the refrigerator to be good.I also checked the operation of the water valve to be good and not overfilling. I ensured the evaporator is cold enough to make ice. I raised the front of the unit approximately half of an inch higher than the back to allow water to drain from the icemaker during defrost. I could not determine if the ice maker is in fact draining properly. To the back of the ice box. Has anyone performed the service bulletin and failed to fix? I am all out of possible solutions. The ice maker will work for about a month and then start acting up. I have been to this house for the same concern 5 different times adding up to 10hrs.
