Dryer is not heating but will come on and rotate. Ran flow test and had 4 bars come up which shows vent blockage. Removed ducting and ran test again and still showing blockage though there is good air flow out the back of dryer. I am thinking bad sensor or dirty sensor. Any Ideas?

lg dryers monitor how many times the cycling t-stat opens to figure out if the vent is blocked.

since the it is not heating the sense line is low and this is why it shows four bars.

fix the no heat issue and the vent test should work correctly.

test the high limit and if it is open you can reset it by smacking the metal end with a nut driver.

lg dryers are a pita as they use a smaller blower and are limited to eight feet of venting.

we are always getting calls concerning the vent test on these models
