Frigidaire (Electrolux) gallery series dryer, 2010 manufacture date, the vertical row of LEDs on front panel will start flashing and 50 appears in the time remaining window. It does this on its own. Also it doesn't stay running, stops before clothes are dry. I have cycled the power.   Thanks!

  1. Can't get that model number to pull up.

What if we change the "O" to a "Q"?

GLGQ2152ES3  ???

Sounds like it is trying to give you an error code.

See attached document with instructions on getting the error code

Here is the info edited from the tech sheet on pulling up the code:

READING ERROR CODES

1.  Digital Readout Display Models: Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise (3) settings from the Normal cycle option.

2. Press and hold the Select and Pause Cancel buttons simultaneously for six seconds. 3. Immediately after, press and hold the START and Pause Cancel buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds. 4. Digital Readout Display Models: rotate the timer knob (1) click counterclockwise. The error code will appear in the digital display.  Troubleshoot the problem by using the chart below. To move on to the next code, press the OPTIONS button. To clear code, press the Select button. Code will be cleared when mode is exited. To exit this mode, simultaneously press and hold the Select and Pause Cancel buttons for six seconds.

Thank you gentlemen!  That got me off to a good start.  I took a photo of the model number and I wondered if that was a Q or O, my bad for not mentioning it. I will do more investigating this evening when I get home.

Hello Gentlemen,

I found the tech sheet and was able to do all the function tests ok.  After leaving the breaker off for a few days and turning it on, the leds are not blinking. The dryer functioned fine for a couple of loads.  The leds did start blinking again.  The blinking does not correspond to any of the error codes listed on the tech sheet.  Any ideas?  thanks!

You are looking at the blinking it brings up on its own, or what you get by going through the steps to retrieve the code?

I have gone through the process several times and got various results.  This may be to my misreading the directions.  This is my best results in reading the error codes:

E68 is in the small window

start led flashes 8 times

the 4 leds on the right flash and beep 6 times

the less dry & damp flash 2 times, then the damp flashes 2 times.

Even with no heat, it will stop running, the drum spinning, .  it runs for a few minutes then stops.
