Frigidaire FRS26R4AB5 Compressor Will Not Start

I have a FRS26R4AB5 fridge where the compressor will not start:

* The Compressor will rattle/hum when plugging it in. It stops after about 10 seconds and then tries again later;

* The condenser fan and everything else that should be running works fine;

* I replaced the start relay and capacitor;

* I verified 130 volts going to the starter relay (2 wires);

* I checked ohms on the 3 pins of the compressor: 8 (bottom left+right pins), 5 (right+top), and 3.5 (left and top) ohms. I am under the impression that I should get 10,6, and 4 and I can't find info online if that alone means the compressor is toast.

(1) Is there anything else I can test?

(2) Is this enough information to conclude my compressor is bad?

Thank you very much (in advance)! -Tony

You do not have to have 10, 6, 4

Check resistance from each pin to compressor body, scrape paint off to do so, should be nothing. If something compressor is no good.

Thank you for your input!

I did sand the paint off in a spot and tested continuity to each pin and got no continuity.

I will have to look for used fridges. It's a shame because this is like new even though it is 10 years old. It is still beautiful and everything works except one thing!

Thanks again.
