What the Hell is in a "Mounting Kit"?

I recently acquired a Frigidaire wall mount A/C unit (FAH08ER1T) that I wish to put in a small rental.   According to the install instructions there are several items needed to install in properly and noise-free.

2 Tapered Spacer Blocks 17"

2 Centering/Support Blocks  4.5"x3.5"x1.5"

Plastic Divider   1/8” x 41⁄2"x 141⁄2" 

Stuffer Seal 1"x1.5"x84"

Seals 1"x 11⁄2 "x 84" 1 11⁄2"x 11⁄2"x 261⁄2" 2 11⁄2"x 11⁄2"x 14" 2 11⁄2"x 3/8"x 261⁄2" 2 11⁄2"x 3/8"x 14" 2 1” x 3/4"x 14"

2 Trim Frame sides

Trim Frame top and bottom

2 Ground Wire (green); 1 Nut for grounding screw; 1 Grounding Screw;  1 Grille (plastic); 1 Nuts (plastic);  4 Screw w/washer
