Counter Top Dishwasher sounds like its about to take off like to an airplane..

My about 5 year old counter top dishwasher ( Danby , see pic) sounds to loud when I turn it own , that I have to turn it right back off after a couple of minutes.. 

I took a video of the motor . Do you guys think there is a chance to repair the motor or other there website where you can find cheap motors to replace ?

Found the problem ....If your dish washer sounds like it has a jet engine in it  and its about to take off to take a vacation ... 

it might just be a pice of glas in the water pump shaving on the plastic ...
