Any tech ever have to do this? The model I am doing this on is GSD2100VWW.

There is a barb on the side of each terminal that holds it in place in the plastic connector. I have had success using a jeweler's screwdriver.

Are they accessed from the front (going into the timer) or back of the connector (wires going into the block)?
