Kenmore 587.15182400 dishwasher not draining

Kenmore 587.15182400 dishwasher not draining.

I did pull the machine out, the drain hose was filled with gunk until I cleared it so it could drain.  Hoping that was the problem, it wasn't, it still doesn't drain.

So thinking it's the pump, but I want to make sure and get some input in case it might be something other than the pump I could look at.

Thanks, Brad

Ok, seems to be pumping now, maybe the gunk was it, it just doesn't seem to have the pressure it once had.  I'll just keep an eye on it for now.

Thanks, Brad

I would take the pump off and check it for "gunk" also. You should also take a look at impeller and sump area for debris.

Good Idea, I'll go ahead and check that.  Thanks.
