SAMSUNG RF24FSEDBSR/AA ICE MAKER FREEZING UP IN ICE MAKER BOX HAS ICE IN BOX AND EVENTULLY CAUSES UNIT TO NOT MAKE ICE BECAUSE SO MUCH ICE THIS ICE MAKER IS THE ONE WITH THE REFRIGERATION LINE RUNNING THOUGH THE ICE MAKER. THANKS - STACEY

make sure the icemaker defrost drainage tube is clear and the 1/4 inch water line that feeds water isn't causing splash back by being too far inside the surrounding fill tube. Samsung reports that splash back has been an issue.  You have to use an inspection mirror to pull the line,  from the rear, further back inside the fill tube.. it should not be flush with the end of the fill tube. Ignore the black markings on the line that were used to let you know how  far the line should be pushed inside the fitting.

Similar problem here which didn't get fixed. I think I ran into that same problem before, I got called after another tech looked into it and thought he had it fixed. The reason it was icing up was because the door dropped and wasn't sealing. Check that and the bulletin found here: 

Check Durham's suggestions as well as that will cause more of the icing issue.

Correct,  forgot about that issue... you should do that first ie check for a gap between the wall and icemaker room floor as indicated in the bulletin,  especially if you see water on the floor of your fresh food section
