whirlpool duet washer fails c:06 error

i have a whirlpool duet washer model ghw9100lw1.

I was getting an f02 error, cleaned a small amount on goop from the filter and ran the washer again with the cover off. I  noticed the drain pump was pretty loud so I replaced it. while I had the pump out I took the drain hose off the tub and cleaned a fair bit of goop out of it. still not working properly. when I run the diagnostic test it drains the tub and the pump runs util it times out and fails c:06.

what's next? the pressure switch.

C:06 is still drain pump

is there power to pump?

check all wire connections for good contacts  (DP2 1 and 2 on CCU)

check wires for continuity

likely need new board but make sure you do your tests

Good luck
