GE profile built in refrigerator field stripped help with ice build up

I was hoping I could get some help on my refrigerator.  We bought our house 4 year ago and it came with a built in GE profile refrigerator.  We have had a problem since we bought this house with ice build up in the freezer at the top of the freezer shelves.  The freezer and frig side work great, but this ice issue is not not good.  We are not able to find which model we have as we are told it is a field stripped unit since the sticker was removed from the inside of the frig.  We have had two repairmen come to our house and say they can not help as we do not have the model information.  I took some pictures of the refrigerator and the ice build up issue.  Please if you guys could help it would go a long way.  Any ideas of where we could find the model number, or what could be wrong so we can get this issue resolved?

Ice not frost.

First guess would be clogged evaporator drain tube.

Might be a variation of one of these models numbers, (These have a round condenser coil, I can't tell if yours is round or not).

Built-In Side-by-Side Energy Model:

36" Models = ZIS360N, ZISB360D, ZISW360D, ZISS360N, ZISS360D

42" Models = ZIS420N, ZISB420D, ZISW420D, ZISS420N, ZISS420D

48" Models = ZIS480N, ZISB480D, ZISW480D, ZISS480N, ZISS480D

Looking these up might give you an idea of how things are put together and how to disassemble if they are at all similar to yours.

Bro Budget, I initially thought the same and was going to discuss the drain pan heater and de-icing kit used on monograms.  But the position of the compressor and Op calling this thing a profile bothered me.... so here is what I found so far....

The machine compartment looks like this, right? large.Screenshot_2016-04-03-13-51-04.png

Does your user interface look like this?

And if inside the fridge looks like the following picture then your model number is one of those listed

I would rule out icemaker, valve fill tube leak first then look at defrost drainage failure

Durham this is a great tip to live by. i had this problem last year and wish i was wise enough to think about the ice maker and fill tube.

Thanks.
