Frigidaire plru1778es0 door not closing

Hi, We purchased a home with a Frigidare plru1778es0.  This is a unit that has a separate full-sized refrigerator and freezer with a frame around them that make them appear as one unit.  The refrigerator and freezer doors never line up.  As we were purchasing the home, our agent had an appliance repair guy look at it.  He said the doors weren't aligned and he adjusted them.  They were better but still didn't line up.  Also, I always noticed there wasn't much suction on the refrigerator side.  Now, it has started coming open a little when we close it.  It simply won't close all the way.  It is level from the top, and measures the same height from the floor from the bottom.  Nothing is blocking it from closing.  If I push it closed, it pops open slightly.  The only thing I can figure out that could be pushing it open is the seal on the hinge side of the door hits much earlier than the far end of the door (obviously) and I wonder if that is pushing it back open. Any suggestions on how to diagnose and fix this?  Thank you!

Hard to say from photos but seals look bad.

Hi, thank you for the response.  The plastic bearings look fine, and the bottom ones still cause the refrigerator level to move when the door opens/closes.  Interestingly, my wife took the gallons of milk off of the door, and it is back to the way it was.  It is not perfect, but closes and is fine.

That would lead me to believe the cams are worn. As Ivasquez11 suggested.

These units don't have the foamed sturdy doors that you usually find on Frigidaire units.

There are about 4 dozen screws that hold the inner plastic door liner to the outer metal door panel, they also hold the gasket in place.  Overloading these doors by putting gallon milk jugs on them is the worst thing you can do for these.  Fold the gasket back and find the screws located under it and get the door re-aligned and tighten all the screws, that should take care of it if the screw aren't all stripped out.

Make sure door stored items are as close to the hinge as possible, be sure the gasket is clean and hasn't been pulled out of shape near the hinge, put a little silicone grease on your door cams, and it doesnt hurt to silicone the gasket also. I have had door alignment issues come down to how the "feet" of the unit are adjusted as well: the weight of the machine and contents will push the whole fridge compartment out of square of the adjustment is bad. If the unit isnt square, no door, hinge, or gasket alterations will have any effect
