kenmore 110.21302012 lid lock flashing

I am having a problem with my kenmore washing machine.

When a cycle is started the sensing starts and as soon it tries to spin, the lid lock flashes and stops spin.

The lid lock flashes for approximately 5 minutes and then the lid lock light turns off.

i can press start and sensing  light flashes, press start again and lid lock light solid and sensing solid and cycle starts normal and  moves on to wash cycle.

Sometime in wash cycle the lid lock starts flashing and flashes for approximately 5 minutes and then turns off.

i can press start and wash flashes, press start again lid locks and wash goes solid and cycle completes.

This pattern continues for all cycles until all is complete.

The diagnostics give me f7 e7, f7 e1 and f1 e1.

I took the top off of washer and nothing is binding everything spins freely.

Not sure what part to change or what to do next.

Any help is appreciated.

sounds like a control board issue to me

Does it run in test mode?  i would suspect the actuator the error codes you are getting is basket speed error. Put it in manual test mode fill it with water then put it on agitate then drain the water and switch it to spin. Try shifting it a few times and see if it fails to shift. If it does you will need actuator  number: W10006355

I have replaced more actuators on this model than I can count on 2 hands. It has a rotor position sensor built into it that is typically the root of all evil.

I replaced the actuator and it fixed the problem.
