I know this might be a stretch but I'm looking for a service manual or any other technical information regarding this unit. I went on the Orien website and they have a basic parts diagram but I was hoping for something a little more diagnostic.

Did you ask them specifically for a tech sheet?

I asked for a "service manual" and they directed me to the parts diagram. Perhaps "tech sheet" will ring a bell for them.

All they have is a parts diagram unfortunately. Have searched elsewhere but no luck on this one yet.

What you really need is the schematic. Smaller manufacturers usually don't have the resources to produce tech sheets or full-blown service manuals.  That requires hiring technical writers and editors. But they will always have a schematic because that's what the engineers develop when they designed the machine. Ask them for a PDF of the schematic diagram.

Huh... cool, that's insightful. I spoke with the rep there (they are indeed a small manufacturer) and she didn't have a a schematic. The only thing she had was a exploded parts diagram which doesn't seem to be that useful to my tech. I did manage to get the phone number for one of their more technical employees who we can speak with regarding the repair. How available he'll be I'm not sure.
