The upper right of my Samsung RM255LASH Quattro Fridge is not cooling after the evaporator fan was making a lot of noise and now it is not running at all.  So, I believe the fan needs to be replaced.  But, how do you remove the back inside panel?  I've tried but it won't come off and I'm afraid that I am going to crack it if I pull any harder.  Any help instructions, videos, etc... would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

It's probably frozen.  The drains on Samsungs are notorious for freezing up.  Once that happens all of the moisture which is supposed to go down the drain stays in the evap compartment and freezes around the fan (which is why you heard the noise) until it is fully encased (which is why it's not running now).  Unplug the fridge for 48 hours to let it thaw out and then the cover should come off no problem.  Be sure to watch out for water dripping out of the fridge or behind it as it thaws.  Then clear the drain and re-assemble.  If you crack the evap cover AT ALL (including the styrofoam behind it) it will need to be replaced.
