I have replaced both the mother board and the inverter and my he profile still will not cool. Now what??

Is the compressor running? If it is and you still have zero cooling you have a bad compressor or some other sealed system problem.

If it's not running you'll need to start by checking voltages to the inverter. It should have about 5 VDC on the small connector and 120 VAC on the larger connector.
