OUR ROPER CLOTHES DRYER, REL4634BW2, THE AUTOMATIC DRY CYCLE DOESN'T STOP THE MACHINE WHEN THE CLOTHES ARE DRY.

I CHECKED WITH  REPAIR CLINIC, AND THEY DON'T LIST A MOISTURE SENSOR FOR THIS MACHINE.

HOW DOES THE AUTOMATIC DRY CYCLE WORK WITHOUT A MOISTURE SENSOR?

Check this resistor on the timer it should read 4050-4950   ohms  Disconnect at least terminal for test if you don't get that reading this would cause timer not to advance in the automatic setting. If that checks out     bad timer. Part number: 279872   This is the resistor part number.

Part number: 279872
