Regular, live technical training webinars are now open to Professional Appliantologist members!

Many of you know that I hold regular, live webinars, called Office Hours, with Master Samurai Tech Academy students. I would periodically open them up for Professional Appliantologists when I had a special topic to present. Examples of this are Appliance Temperature Sensors and Technology, Semiconductors and PN Junctions, Basic Refrigerator Troubleshooting, and Troubleshooting with Tech Sheets. For an index of past webinar recordings, see this topic in the Professional Appliantologists forum:

Now we’re cranking it up a notch by making the Office Hours webinars a permanent, regular benefit for Professional Appliantologist members!

In addition to using these webinars for training, we’ll use them for open Q&A where members and students bring questions pertaining to appliance troubleshooting strategies and technology as well as questions about using Appliantology and the Master Samurai Tech Academy. It’s also a great time to offer suggestions for improving both Appliantology and the courses at the Master Samurai Tech Academy. We’re always interested in learning how we can best meet YOUR needs in our ever-changing industry.

The webinars are held on Monday evenings at 7PM Eastern Time (adjust your time zone accordingly). For details on the upcoming web meeting, check the site Calendar: https://appliantology.org/calendar/

Here are a couple tips to ensure that the webinars are a smooth, cool experience for you:

1. Arrive early to make sure your connection is working! Also, if you show up late for the webinar, you'll be lost.

2. Watch this ultra-short video on how to use your Join.me control console while you're in the web meeting because you're gonna wanna do cool stuff like:
- correctly connect your audio (without producing the dreaded echo!) so you and everyone else can hear what the Samurai is explaining
- mute and unmute yourself
