Customer says it never stops running.

Anyone know anything about these?

I assume start diagnostics by checking condenser coils, check for evap frost pattern, check temp control.

My question is more in regards to disassembly information. There is grill cover on right side of unit. Anyone have any tips or things to watch for?

Thanks

Ed

Condenser wasn't too dirty. Temp control seems ok. Condenser coils only about 77 degrees. I think refrigerant leak, unit is cooling however. Drain pan a mess with mineral deposits.
