Kenmore french door fridge not cooling. 79571093111

Refrigerator not cooling at all where to start diagnostic, not familiar with this lg refrigerators. No error codes, no visible burn marks on pcb, compressor winding ohms ok and seems to be working but ni frost pattern in evap coil .

Please ket me know.

if compressor is running and no frost pattern,  sounds like a sealed system failure.

Thanks Durham, anyway to know if it is a leak, restriction or compressor not compressing???

Also this flow chart from the same LG Manual... use it if you have a single speed compressor.... looks like it but info on your model  is a bit sketchy...... the equalization test referenced is performed as follows.... Run compressor for a  few minutes in order that it builds head pressure... then try to restart it using a start device... then note how quickly the compressor starts to run again.....
