Maytag washer model# MAH20PNAWW stops mid cycle

I have a maytag MAH20PNAWW front load washing machine and its shutting off during initial fill, time stays on 37min then finally shuts off, I reselect cycle and it continues with no other problems with exception of doing the same thing at 21min but only occasionally, I believe it's exceeding the fill time because the first fill is close to 6min before it moves on to next cycle,  I've cleaned out the metal inlet screens, not sure what else to check. Thanks

It's locked while its filling, but when it stops at 37min I can open it, after I reselect cycle it's locked again.
