My washer was working fine but my daughter started experimenting with different settings because somebody told her she needed hotter water to get her cloth diapers clean. Now the washer no longer does the shower soak at the start of the wash. It just fills and starts agitating and goes through to the end without incident.

Entering the pre-set options it looks like I no longer have all the options that I used to have. For example, the "controlled cold" light no longer comes on and it only gives a error type beep when I press the progress or advance button.

Also the light on "cold" does not come on. It does not come on cold, warm, or hot.

I have gone into diagnostics mode and it does not give any error codes.

I'm thinking I might need to do a factory restore or something but I can't find anything on that in any of the manuals. Anybody have any ideas on what the problem could be and how to fix it?

Well, I got it working now. Not sure why it fixed it but it did. I put the washer in "Demonstration Mode". Unplugged it and plugged it back up. Everything went back to normal.
