RFG295AARS Samsung Compressor not running

I have a Samsung Refrigerator model RFG295AARS.   The compressor is not running & I am trying to figure out why.  I read the posting on new inverter compressors so I tested resistance on the compressor, each of the 3 windings.  The results were 9.4 ohms for each of them.  In the posting it mentioned that I should refer to the technical specifications for the compressor to determine what the resistance should be.  Although I have the owners manual, and the service manual, neither of them have that kind of information.  The compressor part number is : AP4442932 / or BK190CL2C/E01.  Any idea where I can access that info?

Since all 3 windings had the same resistance I've moved forward under the assumption that the compressor is good.  

Any recommendations on how to proceed from here?

Did you ever figure out what was wrong? Was it the PCB inverter board?
