lg LmX25964st/02 refrig capillary problem

hi I have an lg LmX25964st/02 French door refrigerator. its just out of warranty and its not cooling. no frost at all on the evaporator. I have determined its a blocked capillary tube. I want to try and fix it because its an expensive refrigerator and it still looks like new. I have measured the inside and outside dimensions of the tube but I cant determine the length of the tube because its foamed in. is there a source to figure out what length I need? doesn't seem to be a service item so I will have to match up a generic one.

How did you determine the capillary tube is blocked? I think you will find this issue to be inoperable- or at least, not price effective.

If it truly is blocked, you could try blasting the system with nitrogen. I've had more issues with these linear compressors more than anything.

an equalization test will tell you what is going on. as far as price effective a $10 cap tube vrs spending $2500+ for another frig seems pretty effective to me.

Add low n high service valves, recharge unit n check pressures. or blow out cap tube thur using drier valve

Most likely a defective compressor Part number: TCA35271201

If you only value the repair at 10 bucks... Well, good luck then.
