Whirlpool ED5HVEXVQ02 Ice Maker won't fill?

Recommended Posts

I have a Whirlpool ED5HVEXVQ02 side by side with a non-functioning ice maker. I replaced the ice maker assembly with a refurb unit off of eBay. I expected the dropping of the arm would cause water to flow into the ice maker assembly, and we'd be good to go. This did not occur. The refurb unit functioned exactly as the prior OE unit did.. no flow/no ice.

The door has water for filling cups, so I don't think it's a water issue. Is there some other sensor/fuse that I can replace to make this ice maker fill? If there are other troubleshooting tips please let me know. Thanks so much for your assistance.
