Looking for tech sheet.

Maybe. Don't know without a good model number.

That is the number the customer gave me and when I got there that is what is on the tag. Not near as bad as the fridge I went on last week that someone had rubbed all of the numbers off of the tag. You can almost make out the serial number.

Luckily the tech sheet was there.

It was publication #808936651

I could not see any difference between it and the one mentioned above.

This is the model number in your topic title: FGID2474QS

Copy and paste that into RepairClinic and tell me what you get. 

You dropped a character or two in the model number somewhere. And there is no "S" in this model number family. 

Please validate your model numbers before posting service manual requests. This saves us both time. And it's just plain ol' considerate!
