How to remove the the rusty slide on GE Monogram Refrigerator

The produce drawer of my GE refrigerator does not slide out easily and I found that the slide was all rusty. How to remove the slide assembly and replace it?  The draw I seating on a wire frame. The slide seems riveted on metal support. I can see there is one screw holding the slide assembly onto the side of compartment. I unscrewed it, but still cannot remove the slide assembly. Any suggestion what to do?
