I have a Miele W1215 Washer that made a loud bang and now vibrates excessively when spinning.  There is no grinding sound when the drum is spun manually, and there is no strange up and down looseness on the drum that I can detect.  From research I have already done, it seems likely that the shock absorbers are the culprit.  (1)  Are there any tips on the disassembly / shock absorber replacement process for the machine?  (2)  Are there any other parts that are likely to be needed?  Thank you for sharing your experience/expertise.
