We've got a Magic Chef refrigerator model  CTB1521GRW. It seems to have a clogged defrost drain tube and is leaking water onto the floor in front of it. I found a video on how to repair it but it's for a Kenmore, Sears, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Roper. ( youtube.com/watch?v=bj-8Hnhk4b0 ). I was wondering if it's the same setup for MagicChef or if there's a video or instructions that are?

Thanks.

The main difference the video and your fridge is that you have a glass defrost heater in the Magic Chef as opposed to the cal-rod style heater in the Whirlpool' be careful you don't break it. It's difficult to wrap a copper wire or heat probe around the heater with this set up. Try flushing the drain with baking soda water to prevent it from happening again.
