GE Profile Range (PCS968SRSS) - left front burner not working

The left front element on the glasstop range (PCS968SRSS) suddenly not working last week.
The back element is OK.
The bridge element doesn't work too.

I found that the voltage between the connector to the heating element is 0v.
However, the voltage is 110v between one connector and the body. Same for the other connector...

Wondering what would be the problem?
