Fisher Paykel Dishwasher (DD603) making high pitch noise

We've got a Fisher Paykel dishwasher (DD603) making a continuous high pitch noise toward the end of the cycle. Thought it might be the rotor, so I tried a replacement. But even with the new part, it's still making the noise. Any thoughts?

When exactly does the noise occur?  The rinse aid dispenser triggers during the final rinse, it makes a repetitive high-pitched sound (more or less repetitions depending on the dosage).  Maybe you're just now noticing it?
