Built April 2005

Unplug washer

Set test meter to DC voltage test mode

Place test meter leads into the plug at the RED and BLUE wires

Do not hold or touch the test leads or plug

Plug in washer

Press and hold the SPIN SPEED and SOIL LEVEL buttons

Press the POWER button and release all three buttons

Wait until the door locks (single click sound)

Press the START button once

Is there voltage showing on the test meter? Should be about 127 VDC

If no voltage---Main Board has failed (failed relay).

There's a problem with the part number on your first post---it is not a valid number.

For the WM2077CW washer---two Main Boards were used

The original (does NOT have an option known as TUB CLEAN CYCLE)---is p/n: 6871ER1003F

Later built models---with the Tub Clean feature---will be p/n: EBR32816703

Check your Main Board (remove it from the washer if needed) on both sides for a valid part number and post it.

According to LGs website---your model is listed as using the 6871ER1003F

Both Main Boards are NLA.

As it happens--I have been doing LG warranty (and out of warranty) service for a number of years

We also sell rebuilt LG appliances---so our inventory is fairly extensive

I have several *used* (verified good) 6871ER1003F and EBR32816703 boards in stock---collecting a bit of dust (they're for older models that have long been discontinued)

If you can verify the part number on the board---you can have it NO charge (you pay shipping)

Send me a PM with your phone number---and I'll have my office contact you.

Hi,

Do you have any of the EBR32816703 still? If so can I make arrangements to get one of these from you? my email is ddever85212@gmail.com. Thanks
