how are you installing casters on new 3 platen grills at the store?often i will have to install and startup a new grill at a mcdonalds,and install manual to flip grill on its back.that grill is 1000 lbs,obviously cant flip it on its back,or back up after casters are on.ive come up with a complicated and slightly unsafe way of removing grill and installing casters using floor jacks and 4 x 4's.how do you do it?
