I am getting no power at the contactor on my Lennox heat pump condenser unit, even though my circuit breaker to the unit (on the outside wall near the unit) is plugged in (it's just a shunt, not a fuse) and the circuit breaker to the unit in the main box is also closed (I've flipped it several times). My indoor blower for the unit turns on, but I don't get any power readings at the contactor, either on the 220-volt terminals or across the switch. This all started when the condenser stopped working. I assumed it was the capacitor, which tested bad, and replaced it with a good one, with no change in the unit's behavior. I then looked at the contactor and got no power reading on my multimeter. Oddly, the condenser has a circuit board with diagnostic LEDs, and they say there is power to the board. I don't get that. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim
