I am considering buying a used DCS  Rgs-366-ss-L. It just had it's 10th birthday. What should I expect in terms of how many usable years it might last? Will it constantly need service? Is it still possible to get parts?

DCS is made by Fisher-Paykel. (Strike 1)  Go ahead and try to search for parts under that model number and see what comes up... (Strike 2)

Any product that portrays itself as "high end" is automatically suspect, it always tends to be "high end" PRICE, but not necessarily "high end" QUALITY. (Strike 3)

If you are buying used, look for a sweet old Crown stove! Really old ranges tend to be "low end" PRICE and of epic QUALITY!
