Whirlpool Cabrio WTW5640XWO, Won'r agitate in wash

My washer Cabrio by Whirlpool model WTW5460XWO is pain the ass...i already replaced gear clutch assembly, Shift actuator.. In normal mode it will stay in sensing and then humming sound..it will water in the tub but wont agitate. I tried to troubleshoot using drain and Spin..it drain and spin,OK.In the diagnostic i saw E6 F7.. Please help me.

If you know how to get into diagnostics you should run manual agitation test. 

F7E6 is motor fault.

Check for bulging capacitor or broken wires near motor
