I know this is a Samsung washer but I am not having any luck finding out which model.

The Kenmore Kurse strikes again! No luck crossing that Kenmore over to a Samsung OEM. But disassembly will be the largely the same as for any Samsung front loader and diagnostic entry will probably also be the same with the possible wrinkle of an entry keypad having a slightly different name. So try this manual:
