Kenmore refrigerator not cooling and coil is freezing up

Kenmore model # 79572093311

Inside fridge is not cooling properly and the coil in the freezer is icing up after about 5 days , and the PCB board is giving 6 flashes of the LED light indicating a current overload detected . With all these things going on I'm thinking the board is malfunctioning but not completely sure

These units have a failure prone defrost sensor/fuse on the right hand side of the evaporator coil, Part number: 6615JB2005N

Part number: 6615JB2005N

I would test this fuse first, but if it tests OK, then order a new board...

Thank you so much , I will test that also but I just pulled the fridge out the condensing coil seems to be dirty and it's not much air flow behind the fridge either so I'll clean that and test the fuse and see what I get .
