Found it! Apparently this unit dates back to the Cretaceous period. R12, to boot.

That's a Sub-Zero 200 series-- that manual is already in the Downloads section. I've replaced your link with the link to the manual in the Downloads section. 

In general, you search for Sub-Zero manuals using the model series. For example, 201FD is a series 200 so you would search the Downloads using the term "200".
