I found a bad speed control board, fuse blown and burnt component, and I replaced it. I still have the same problem as the drum will not spin. The machine fills and will pump out but that's it. Door lock works and lite comes on. I found the following when preforming the voltage checks. Pin 1 22 VAC (should be 0) pins 2,6 and 10 are all 120VAC. The results send me to the timer but "it's never the timer." Any suggestions?

Have you done any motor troubleshooting listed in the tech sheet?

Posted

Yes, I tested the motor as per the procedures on the tech sheet.

I assume any voltage on pin 1 of the speed control board will not let the motor run, does anyone know if i am correct? Is it part of a fail-safe circuit?
