Ge profile side by side not cooling

I have a ge profile fridge sise by side not cooling, inverter and mother board was replace . The inverter is drawing 0.4 amps. 

The pwm going to the inverter is measuring good. And the resistance between every pin of the compressor is 7 ohms.

What should I change next?

As a general rule, if the inverter has 120VAC and a good signal voltage of 3-6VDC: the compressor should be running.

Is the freezer cold, or it is warm on both sides?

If the compressor is running and it's not getting cold, you need to put some gauges on it.  It either has a bad compressor or it's out of gas (leak) or it has a restriction.  Take a look at the evaporator.  No frost, not cold, not good.  Without gauges it's really only guessing at this point.  I'd say for sure though that you have an internal problem.  If you don't do sealed systems it's time to get out.

I bet the sealed system is still under warranty. Ge profile offers a 6th - 12th year warranty on sealed system parts only. Labor and parts for 5 years.

Just google Ge refrigerator sealed system warranty. I was wrong and belive your model only has the 5 year parts and labor warranty.

What is the chance it is the compressor vs leak or restriction? If the compressor is measuring properly ?

I open the freezer and the evaporator coil do not get cold , I can feel a bit of cold on the tube of the evaporator that connects to the small copper tube

It is a goner man, if you only feel a hint of cooling at the capillary tube, this means it has next to 0 refrigerant left in it....

I added  refrigerant to the line, it took 3 days to get set temperature. But has been running since.

The freezer got to set temperature much faster. 

Is it a leak? How long before it stop working if it leaks?

It shouldn't take 3 days to reach set temps, should take 24 hours max, As for how long it will take to leak out depends on how big the leak is. Leaks get worse not better.
