I have a failed condenser motor and got the repair parts from RepairClinic.com after checking the required parts on Searsparts direct.com.  My issue is that I do not understand how to use the parts in this kit to fix my problem.  The  attached parts diagram is how the factor parts are installed,  The other image is the parts kit.  How do I install the parts kit stuff to fix my refrigerator?

Unfortunately those are the new replacement parts but the video shows the old direct replacement motor.

I am starting to think that i will need to try and drill holes in the bottom of the fridge to mount the bracket somewhere, and guess at the fan position when I somehow get into that tight area.

Part number: 4387244

Part number: 4387244 Use one of these, it has the three-hole mount set-up and is a waaaaaayyyy better fan motor.

It will screw directly to the plate that the old motor did, and from the drawing it appears the blade will fit it also... just be sure to note which way the blade faces.

ooh yes, way better option.

Tip: stick a piece of tape on fan blade facing you before you remove it.

Then when reinstalling make sure tape is facing you. ?
