KSRG25FKSS15 KITCHENAID FRIDGE warm,changed relay and overload and dead

the freezer is running cold, but the fridge is at 70 for the last few hours

how long should it take to cool down?

set a timer for 2 hours to go check

fridge still at 70 and not the freezer is defrosting with water dripping down the back with some on the inner tray

 

I checked the continity on the therm and read 000   is it bad or did I mess it up and should pull it out to reseat the connections.

freezer is frozen and fridge is still at 70 with air coming from the top vent.
