It's just a software plug in that we don't have much configurable control over. This is why we're running an extended beta to make sure it behaves nicely. All that said, I can tell you that, as far as we know, the plugin is SUPPOSED to automatically give points (no human required!) when someone makes a reply to a topic. The week, month, year columns are moving or rolling totals meaning they are updated and referenced to the current day. So your weekly and monthly point total will look different each day as it looks back the last 7 or 30 days. It's as simple as that. So, for example, the monthly points view is not tied to the current calendar month but it's a 30 day look back from the current day. Make sense?
