This fridge is frosting up in the channel going from the freezer to the cold storage side where the damper is located and at the bottom return. The damper seems to be working and there is no evaporator defrost problem. The door seals are good. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

Defrost drain tube is clear and no ice on the floor of the freezer?

I would steam them both completely clean and see if it comes back, any instances of it being open a crack for any length of time in recent memory?
