i AM LOOKING FOR A SERVICE MANUAL FOR A GE COOKTOP,  MODEL # PHP960DM2BB.  CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?  The customer had a power surge which shirted out the Filter Board.  We installed the Filter Board, turned the unit on to heat a pot of water.  After 30 secs, the Filter Board and Generator Board blew.  We need assistance in getting to the cause.
