Frigidaire dishwasher FGID2466QF2A Uo error code

Hi All,

 Have a Frigidaire dishwasher [model # FGID2466QF2A, Serial #TH43854255] is giving me a "Uo" error code and will not start a cycle. Code will not clear on a power cycle, etc. A cursory google search seems to point to a problem with the vent fan door not closing. Is there a way to test this and confirm that this is in fact the issue before ordering a (~$100) replacement part?

Any insight would be much appreciated.

Pull unit out and inspect the vent fan. It is located on the top of the unit. Sometimes just messing with the connections will get them to work. Make sure the door is not obstructed.

Thank you. Planning to pull it out tonight and have a look. I don't mind spending the money for the part, but it'd be nice to know for sure that is the issue before dropping 100 bucks on it. If it turns out to be the control, may not be worth fixing the machine, unfortunately. I appreciate your taking the time to reply. Will report back.

It's the vent... there is no way to work around it that I know of, the door will "die" stuck open and cause the error    Part number: 154861101

Frunch posted about it last month.... There is a Youtube video on it too...
